We have BACH and music.  We will be going ice skating tomorrow.  Don't forget your helmet, warm clothes (coats, hats, gloves, warm socks), those who have their own skates bring them and a great attitude!  We will have a sub in the morning. I will be back by the end of lunch.  Today we will work on multi-step problems in Math.  This will be a 2 day lesson.  We will continue to revise and edit our reports.  All finals should be posted on blogs and shared with me by Friday.

We have music and library today.  It's Friday, try to reflect on all that you have accomplished and learned this week.  You may have made mistakes along the way, but look at what you learned.  We will not have math today.  We will use math time to continue working on our research reports.  I will be pulling some groups to work with today.  The mini-lesson in writing is how to hook your reader in your introduction. We have BACH and music today.  We will be working with the math workshop today.  In writing we will continue to put our body together and learn about ways to write a powerful introduction.  We will peer edit next Wednesday.  That means we have a week left in class for writing.  :)  We will then start another type of informational writing piece.
