Quote of the Day:

Words of Wisdom for the End of the Year:

Don't fail the main event in school.  School is meant to prepare you.  The main event in school is not quitting.  As the year winds down some try to quit.  Quitting has many masks, do wear any of these:

1. Mask 1 : quit by throwing the day away and not even trying to write a sentence or a fraction because you think it doesn’t matter or you can’t or there’s no point. But it does.

2. Mask 2: quit by being rude and disrespectful to peers and teachers.

3.  Mask 3: quit by choosing not to take opportunities to work harder and show what you know, no matter how far down you are. You are worthy!  You will have to make hard choices and sacrifices when things seem impossible.  It is finding hope, courage and guts when the going gets tough.

4.  Mask 4: quit by taking the easy way out.  Even if you think this will make you happy, it never does.

As long as you are in my life, I will be challenging you not to give up!   I will be waiting here everyday for the rest of the year to encourage you, challenge you,  and guide you towards completing your goals!  You are worth it!

Lets Finish Strong!!!

Classroom Announcements:

We have BACH and Music today.  We will be testing this morning.  Last test for most of you!  Remember to keep an open, positive mindset today as you finish your last test!  Way to go!  I am so proud of you all!  We will have math and writing today.  Here's to a great day!  Good bye to April.
